François L’Espinay is one of the pioneers in Quebec to have adopted a local business model for advertising agencies. His “Agence Boutique” concept, developed in 1995, is now widespread and much sought-after in the local business community. President/advertising director at Agence CFL, François has worked with numerous clients and manufacturers from all spheres of activity to develop marketing strategies and advertising support.

Jacques Therrien is an experienced producer who has worked both for major broadcasters in the Montreal region and for promoters of major international events, including exhibitions in Shanghai and Paris. Jacques has produced several videos for Agence CFL since 2001. His organizational skills and knowledge of the various production industry collective agreements make him an accomplished professional. Mélanie Richer, art director at 12H30 promotes herself with honours as she’s just won an international “Graphic Design Award” at the Summits this year. The award was given for outstanding graphic design work for the Autobus Gaudreau Press Kit she created. This adds to the other well-deserved Summits she’s won over the years.
